  1. On the product details page, enter or select the amount in the column of the good you want (regular purchase or one-time purchase.)
  2. Click the “Purchase” button of the good you want. Go to Cart.
  • As for information about regular purchase, you can check it in the page of “Regular purchase.”

  1. You can change the amount of the goods in the cart by using the “+” or “−” button.
  2. Click “Delete” button when you want to delete the goods in the cart.
  • If you designate a date within seven days of the order, the goods will first arrive in the next month.

  • If you have already logged in, the page for designation of shipping address is displayed. If you have not logged in, login page will be displayed. Please enter your ID and password.

  • If you want to select the earliest delivery date, please make sure that your designated date is “eight days later” from the date of order.
  • In mail delivery service, delivery date is approximate. (It might be delayed for a week or so.)

  • If you have chosen payment at a convenience store, you cannot designate delivery date and time.

  • After completing the ordering procedure, we automatically send an email to let you know about “your customer number and confirmation number.” Please make payment at the counter or the information terminal in the convenience store using the number.

  1. We will send an order confirmation email to the email address that you have registered at membership registration (or when you ordered). If the email does not reach you, it might have been blocked by junk mail setting of an Internet service provider, be automatically classified as a spam mail, or be incorrectly typed on the ordering page. If the email has not reached you, please let us know through Inquiry Form. Please write the ordering number above in the inquiry form.
  2. If you have chosen payment at a convenience store, please make sure the payment information of your order. *The same information is included in the order confirmation mail as well.
