Cancellation of one-time purchase
You can cancel your order only if the status of the order is shown as “Order Received” or “Waiting for Payment” in the purchase history of My Page.
Please carry out the procedure by clicking the “Order Cancel” button displayed in the page of detailed purchase history.
- You cannot cancel your order after the completion of the preparations for the shipping of the goods or the completion of your payment (only in the case of prepayment at convenience stores). Order cancel button will not be displayed. We ask for your kind understanding.
Cancellation of regular purchase
- Please carry out the procedure by clicking the “Request for Cancellation” button displayed in the page of detailed regular purchase history.
- If you apply for cancellation at least nine days prior to the next delivery, the next delivery and thereafter will not be shipped.
- Points to note on cancellation of regular purchase
- Please note that you cannot cancel the regular purchase until the third delivery.
- You cannot designate a date of delivery around the beginning and end of a year or the Golden Week. We ask for your kind understanding.
- If the ordering date is the end of a month (for example, 30th day of a month), the goods will be delivered in the month following the next month. (For example, if you order goods on May 30 and designate the first day of each month, the goods will be sent on July 1.) We ask for your kind understanding.
- You can change the shipping address through My Page. (Period for changing the shipping address: from the delivery date designated for this time until nine days prior to the next delivery date)
